Who this version still makes sense for
Office 2019 shares its end of support with Office 2016: it ended on October 14, 2025. If you are equipping new workstations today, you should choose Office 2024. 2019 remains sensible for workstations without an external connection and where a specialist application requires this version.

Is this license technically identical to a new one?
Yes. It is the same software with the same features and the same updates, for as long as the version is in support. The difference lies solely in how it was acquired, not in the product.
Which documents do I receive?
The license agreement in your company's name, the transfer declaration covering your quantity, the previous owner's deletion confirmation and evidence of the chain of title. These documents are part of the delivery and cost nothing extra.
What happens if the quantity I need is unavailable?
Then we tell you before you start planning. The shortfall can often be sourced at short notice; where that is not realistic, we suggest an alternative or advise against it. We do not make commitments we cannot keep.
Do I need additional client access licenses (CALs)?
