Licenses available
Stock changes continuously. If your product is not among them, ask for it: we source many items to order.

Run the numbers for your own case: workstations times monthly amount times 60. Set against that is a single purchase. Used volume licenses usually pay for themselves within a few months, and that is on top of the saving against the list price of a new license.
How to read the details in our stock list
Every license in stock carries the same six details. Once you know what they refer to, you can see in seconds whether an entry is worth considering at all.
Version and edition
The version denotes the year, the edition the feature set. With Windows Server, Standard differs from Datacenter above all in the number of virtual instances permitted. If you do not virtualize, you generally do not need Datacenter.
License type
This states which purchasing program the license comes from. We offer only volume licenses granted permanently, because only those are transferable. Subscriptions and licenses tied to hardware you will not find with us.
End of support
The date up to which the manufacturer provides security updates. It is the most important detail for cost-effectiveness: a low price helps little if the version drops out of support in a year. We state it for every entry.
Client access licenses
For server products the entry states whether client access licenses are included or needed separately. They are the item most often forgotten in in-house calculations. Tell us the number of users or devices and we will work it out with you.
Activation method
Depending on the program, volume licenses are set up through a key management service on your own network or through multiple activation. Which applies is stated on the entry, so that your IT team can judge the effort in advance.
Quantity available
Unlike new goods, the stock is finite. The quantity stated is the quantity actually held. If you need more, tell us: the difference can often be sourced, and we will say in advance whether that is realistic and in what timeframe.
Frequently asked questions about our stock
Why are there no prices on the entries?
Because they depend on the quantity and on how the stock was bought in. A fixed price would either penalize small quantities or make large ones too expensive. Tell us the product and the quantity and you will receive a written quote with tiered pricing.
Is the stock shown up to date?
It is maintained continuously, but stock moves. Only the confirmation in the quote is binding. There we hold the stated quantity back for the duration of the validity period, so that it is not gone while you decide.
What do I receive with each license?
With every license you receive the license agreement in your company's name, the declaration of transfer covering your quantity, the previous owner's confirmation of deletion and the proof of the chain of title. These documents are part of the delivery and are not charged separately.
Can I run an older version if I have licensed a newer one?
Volume licenses often include a right to use an older version. Whether that right exists in a given case and how far it reaches is stated on the entry. If in doubt, ask before you plan; we check it against the contract paperwork.
Can I also find products here that are not listed?
Possibly. What is listed is what is permanently available; in addition, stock passes through constantly that never makes it into the overview. Describe what you need, even if you cannot find it here.
How quickly can you deliver?
If the quantity is in stock, it is a matter of days rather than weeks; the paperwork is sent electronically. If part of it has to be sourced first, we give you a realistic date in the quote rather than a hopeful one.
How you get to your quote
There is no shopping cart here. You send us an inquiry with the product and the quantity, we check availability and terms and answer with a concrete quote. That usually takes one business day.
The reason for working this way is the stock: used licenses cannot simply be reordered at will. A quote we make you is therefore a quote we can actually deliver on.
