Orders are processed against prepayment. A shopping cart or instant checkout is deliberately not offered - every license is checked and documented individually.

The more precise the details, the more specific the quote. None of it is mandatory; if you do not know something, we will work it out together.
Product, version, quantity
The quickest route. If the version is not settled yet, the product name is enough; we will then suggest the version that fits the support term and the budget.
A sentence about your environment
How many servers, how many users or devices, whether you virtualize: from that we derive the requirement, including the client access licenses that are often missing from in-house calculations.
Your timeframe
If a date is fixed or a validity period has to be met, say so. With limited stock, that also determines how much we can hold back.

On working days usually the same or the following day. If availability of larger quantities has to be checked first, we send an interim update rather than leaving you waiting.

No. We have no registration and no shopping cart. The whole process runs in writing, because with licenses it has to be checked anyway what fits your environment.
