Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus as a used volume license, officially Office LTSC 2021 in the volume license edition. In addition to the Standard edition, it includes Access as well as extended features for compliance and collaboration.
The end of support belongs in the calculation
Support ended on October 13, 2026. This version is cheaper than the 2024 edition, but the remaining support period is short. Calculate the price per year of support, not the purchase price. For workstations that are meant to stay in place longer, Office 2024 Professional Plus is the more economical choice. We compare both variants for you.
When Professional Plus pays off
Mainly because of Access. Where departments maintain their own databases, these workstations need Professional Plus; all others are better off with Standard. A mixed setup is permitted. Tiered pricing from 10, 25 and 50 units on request.

Is this license technically identical to a new one?
Yes. It is the same software with the same features and the same updates, for as long as the version is in support. The difference lies solely in how it was acquired, not in the product.
Which documents do I receive?
The license agreement in your company's name, the transfer declaration covering your quantity, the previous owner's deletion confirmation and evidence of the chain of title. These documents are part of the delivery and cost nothing extra.
What happens if the quantity I need is unavailable?
Then we tell you before you start planning. The shortfall can often be sourced at short notice; where that is not realistic, we suggest an alternative or advise against it. We do not make commitments we cannot keep.
Do I need additional client access licenses (CALs)?
