Office 2024 receives security updates until October 9, 2029. Multiply the monthly amount of your subscription by 60 months and compare it with the one-time price of this license. With several workstations, this becomes a budget item that is visible in the annual financial statements.
When Professional Plus pays off
The premium pays off where Access is actually needed, that is, in departments with their own databases. For all other workstations, the Standard edition is the right choice. A mixed setup is permitted and usually the most economical solution. Tiered pricing from 10, 25 and 50 units on request.

What happens if the quantity I need is unavailable?
