Microsoft Visio 2021 Standard as a used volume license. Organization charts, flow diagrams, schedules and simple network sketches, as a perpetual license with no subscription.
End of support belongs in the calculation
Support ended on October 13, 2026. This version is cheaper than the 2024 one, but the remaining support time is short. Since Visio usually runs on only a few workstations, the price difference to the 2024 version is manageable in absolute terms, while the difference in support duration is considerable. We compare both for you.

What happens if the quantity I need is unavailable?
Then we tell you before you start planning. The shortfall can often be sourced at short notice; where that is not realistic, we suggest an alternative or advise against it. We do not make commitments we cannot keep.
