What we supply
Perpetual Microsoft volume licenses, sourced from businesses that no longer need them. Availability changes with the stock we hold, which is why terms are quoted rather than listed.
Windows Server
Standard and Datacenter editions from 2016 to 2025, licensed per physical core. We calculate the core requirement for your hardware before you order, including the minimums that catch people out.
Access licenses
Windows Server CALs and Remote Desktop CALs in user and device form, matched to your server version. We work out the split between the two forms with you, which is usually where the savings are.
SQL Server
Standard and Enterprise, as per core licensing or server plus CAL. In absolute terms this is where the gap to the list price is largest, because new licenses here are the most expensive in the range.
Exchange and SharePoint
Server licenses with the matching access licenses, for organizations that keep mail and document management in house rather than paying per user per month indefinitely.
Office applications
Office Standard and Professional Plus, Project and Visio as perpetual licenses. Bought once rather than rented, which pays off from roughly the third year in the same version onwards.
Windows client
Windows 10 and 11 Pro as volume licenses, transferable to replacement hardware unlike an OEM license. Relevant wherever a fleet is being refreshed.
How it works and what you receive
There is no shopping basket and no account to create. Pre-owned stock is finite, so every enquiry is checked against what is actually available before a price is quoted.
Step 1
You describe the requirement
Product, version and quantity if you know them. If not, a description of the environment is enough: how many servers, how many users or devices, whether you virtualise. We derive the requirement from that.
Step 2
We check and quote
Against real stock, with the access licenses calculated in, because that is where the expensive gaps appear. The written quote states the end of support date and exactly which documents come with the license.
Step 3
Delivery with full paperwork
License documents arrive complete and in one go, electronically. We archive the full chain permanently and will provide it again years later if an audit calls for it, at no charge.
The four documents you get with every license
The license agreement in your company's name; a transfer declaration covering your specific quantity; the previous owner's written confirmation that their copies were destroyed; and the documented chain of ownership from the first purchase, including a copy of the original invoice. Together these answer the two questions an audit asks: was the license transferable at all, and did it actually pass to you.
